A simulation of the infiltrating-out-water process of cycle once-steaming cocoon machines was performed under laboratory conditions. By using the NI9211 thermocouple differential analog input module and a weighing system based on LabVIEW, the interior temperature of cocoon and the weight of the cocoons were measured synchronously and continuously. The effect of cocoon's interior temperature on volume of water infiltrated was investigated, the mechanism of water infiltrating out of cocoon was analyzed.
