摘要

Assessment of intravenous infusion effect of drug Actovegin on the parameters of the microcirculatory blood flow in the skin was carried out on the basis of laser Doppler flowmetry and computer capillaroscopy. Under the action of the drug Actovegin is marked increase in amplitude of endothelial rhythm (Ae) 75% (p<0.001), amplitude of neurogenic rhythm (An) in 36% (p<0.005), amplitude of the myogenic rhythm (Am) 29% (p<0.05), an increase in capillary blood flow velocity by 90 um/ sec (p<0.05), reducing the size of pericapillary zone of 15 um (p<0.0005) and lower diastolic blood pressure by 3 mmHg (p<0.05). These results suggest that the drug has pronounced Actovegin endotelioprotection action.
