The purpose of this study is to analyze teacher access to technology and its impact ontechnology integration in mathematics instruction in urban public secondary classroomsby focusing on three variables: teacher professional development, technology access foruse in mathematics instruction, and technology Integration in mathematics instructionalactivitiesData were collected from over 800 urban mathematics teachers. The results suggestthat the extent of professional development and access to computer influencedintegration in mathematics instruction. Most importantly, types of instructional activitywere significantly influenced by access to technology in the classroom.
