The architectural dimension of underground stations represents a physical and symbolic space with a great public impact, where the functionality of organization is necessarily linked to communication dynamics. So the architecture is like a synthesis and narrates an idea of welcoming and closeness which the city of Rome is protagonist. And it is upon this conceptual focus that the Manzoni station development project got under way, an important sign of a mobility strategy that encompasses each aspect of the system. In detail, the architectural project is distinguished by the ensemble of structural and functional elements, which are able to improve environmental comfort and create a true and proper experience.
