Geothermal waters have been used on a large scale for bathing, drinking and medicalpurposes. These waters can contain natural radionuclides that may increase the exposure topeople. In this work the most important natural radionuclide activity concentrations in differentthermal spas of Argentina were measured to characterize waters and to evaluate the exposure ofworkers and members of the public.
