摘要

As pioneer of Chinese SMEs internationalization, Guangdong and Wenzhou SMEs who internationalize along with different paths set a good example for other SMEs. During the period of internationalization, Guangdong and Wenzhou SMEs apply brand strategies to multinational operation successfully. On analyzing their brand strategies, the article finds that, the optimal brand strategy is regional brand strategy at fast-developing stage of SMEs internationalization. On the basis of external economy advantage, regional brand strategy promotes SMEs internationalization rapidly. For other SMEs operating multinational, they can develop healthly and quickly only based on the building of regional brand.
