摘要

It's a special development period for China today, the considering only focus on the substantial factors and condition criterion is far from city sustainable development request in this complex situation. The thesis indicates we should think much of the influence generated not only by the spatial and configuration factors of traditional areas,but also the life way through in it. Base on these analyses the thesis made a new concept out of the historical legacy, and point out that in contrast with substantial factors and element, the modal factors in city context are more significant in case of traditional district renewal. And using the modal factors that abstracted from the regional background in planning and designing were proved highly effective for continue the city context, and by this way we can form a regional locale successfully.
