摘要

Using the core competence index system of general companies and combining the practices of engineering consulting firms, the authors construct a special index system based on seven dimensions for evaluating the core competence for the engineering consulting firms. According to the principle of system engineering, the special index system is modified by the experts using Delphi Method, and the multilevel comprehensive evaluating index system is reconstructed based on five dimensions. The weights of each index are calculated basing on AHP and the evaluation model for the core competence of the engineering consulting f'Lrms is constructed with Fuzzy Mathematics.Finally, the case studies proof that using AHP and Fuzzy comprehensive evaluation could be helpful for identifying and evaluating accurately the core competence of the engineering consulting firms.
