According to the features of meteorological disasters in Liaoning Province, the hazard degrees of primary meteorological disasters such as rainstorm, drought, and gale are researched by weighted average method. At the same time combining with economic indexes (Average personal gross regional production, Average personal annual income, Investment of fixed asserts per unit area), a mathematic model of property insurance risk analysis which is based on the hazard degree of meteorological disaster is established. By using this model, it can be educed that: Property insurance risk can be divided into five grades in the 14 regions of Liaoning province. Among them, the same as the hazard degree of meteorological disaster, the property insurance risk in Dalian is at the highest level; Shenyang and Anshan take the second place; the property insurance risks are at the lowest level in Huludao, Fushun, Tieling, Fuxin, The other regions are located in the middle level.
