摘要

In recent years, various epidemic diseases like SARS, Influenza A virus(H1N1) have frequently broken out, which is being the hidden danger in the process of development in Chinese society. Also, it has raised new challenges to Chinese public health career. Due to the spatial attributes that epidemiological data possesses, the analysis of temporal and spatial change that based on mapping is capable of promoting research towards its trend of spreading and relevant factors, which contributes greatly to both high risk group and prone areas and works out prevention measures. This paper designs and develops an epidemic spreading-analysis system via a visualization method that considers time and space context in analyzing H1N1 infection. This not only helps contribute to dealing with spatial-temporal epidemic data, but also provides a reasonable and effective guide on preventing H1N1 through dynamic visualization.
