The apparent increase in the incidence of the intracranial unruptured aneurysms in the very elderly (overthe age of 75) is due in part to improved diagnostic tools and improved span of life. The authors carried out aretrospective review of our cases to orientate decision making of therapeutic strategies in elderly aneurysmpatients and to explore prognostic factors of survival.
