摘要

The relationship mechanism between supply chain's enterprises is a new focus of supply chain management research. This paper considers supply chain trust and psychological contract to discuss the long-term stability of supply chain strategic partnership in proposing a new supply chain partnership model. The theoretical model tells: transactional psychological contract and rational psychological contract can enhance the dimensions of credibility and good faith to some extent. Thus psychological contract plays a important role in forming a high level of trust which can better match the supply chain strategic partnership. Conclusion is that psychological contract is the intangible element and irreplaceable stabilizer for the stability and long-term development of supply chain strategic partnership. This study provides a new perspective for the inter-enterprise relationship mechanism. (Abstract)
