The development and technological progress in the world is closely related with the demand for transport. The cheapest means of transport is in water environment, which forces the development of port infrastructure. Due to the increased traffic of ships near the coast and harbors also increases risk of the threat of unwanted objects. All vessels, including foreign objects are disturbances sources of different physical fields, both in air and underwater. The main medium used to locate and identify objects in the air is an electromagnetic wave, while in the water are the acoustic waves. Moreover, the presence of objects locally affects the electric, magnetic or hydrodynamic field changes. In practice, the systems used to monitor disorders in the physical fields near the harbors entrances and in the harbors. This type of system was designed and built by the Polish Naval Academy. There will be presented investigations results made by this module. It has done an analysis of hydroacoustic and hydrodynamic fields disorder caused the appearance of the vessel. The unit is fully mobile and can monitoring with high accuracy changes in selected parameters of the underwater environment in real time.
