摘要

In this paper analyzed and finished optimization design. Using CATIA to establish a three-dimensional model of the car front suspension parts and made assembly. To use ADAMS/CAR build the CAR front wheel of the dynamic model of the double wishbone independent suspension system. The wheel alignment parameters were made simulation analysis. To adjust the model got the best results. The simulation test results show that the optimized parameter range not only improved the kinematics characteristics of the suspension system, more in line with the actual design requirements.
