? Education has a double meaning: on the one hand to cancel bad tendencies and on the other to embed the good ones. That is why it is necessary for it to begin straight from the youngest age of childhood" (Bishop Irineu of Ecaterinburg and Irbitk) On the one hand, this article attempts to highlight several ideas on the educational alternatives, which after the '90's, managed to a smaller or greater extent to make their way into the Romanian (either public or private) educational system and currently turned into a true movement; on the other hand, this psycho-pedagogical approach shows the need to improve the traditional educational methods that led to implementing these new educational models as alternatives to the already worn system of traditional education.Thus we consider that these educational alternatives have determined the improvement of children's life quality who are educated in these methods through a better, more individualized and well adapted education starting with the earliest and most educational important period in terms of education.We particularly but not lastly consider that the presence and tendency of these alternatives to develop in the Romanian educational field could lead both to providing a positive and competitive educational climate and to significantly decreasing the risks of juvenile delinquency and criminality in general at a later age.
