摘要

The Internet of Things (IoT) industry chain has taken initial shape in China, but it has still not matured, and the degree of collaboration is not strong in the IoT industry chain. The development in general lacks uniformity. Based on the analysis of the cooperative situation in the IoT industry chain, this paper constructs the collaboration model in the IoT industry chain from three aspects: management synergy, operation synergy and products and applications synergy. Finally, the paper points out the countermeasures of synergy development respectively, this will further provide a reference for the development of the IoT industry chain in China.
