Existing European standards in the field of energy saving high demands to the annual consumption of thermal energy buildings and, consequently, to a thermal quality outdoor enclosures. One option for energy efficient buildings are "passive building" with low power consumption. As shown in, the projected "passive building" does not always take into account the requirements to prevent moisture condensation in the outer fence. The analysis of the humidity conditions of exterior walls "passive house" in the city of Nis, and found that at the design outdoor temperature for the design of the heating in the outer wall of the condensate drops.
