摘要

In the present study, novel derivatives of 1,2,4-Triazoles were synthesised using optimized chemical reaction methods,l-((4-(5-(prop-2-yn-l-ylthio)-4H-l,2,4-triazol-3-yl) phenyl) diazenyl) naphthalen-2-ol [M] was used as starting material to prepare compounds [M1-M6] via reaction of [M] with different amino drugs [ciprofloxacin, paracetemole, pseuphedrine, theophylline, chlorodizepoxide and sulphadiazine], reaction with formaldehyde and secondary amines afforded the Mannich bases. The UV-Vis spectra of prepared compounds displayed broad CT bands with end absorptions reaching closely into the near infrared reflecting the effective of conjugation. Also, displayed that drug group plays an important role in modulating the fluorescence properties of [M]. The synthesized derivatives were characterized by TLC, FTIR, Uv-Visible, fluorescence and 1~H,(13)~CNMR techniques for their structural confirmation.
