摘要

Knowledge team is a dynamic collective. There is some of unpredictability in performing of knowledge team. This brings some difficulty in the performance evaluation management of knowledge team. Therefore, effective performance evaluation will become an important issue in the current knowledge team management. This paper analyses the characteristics of knowledge team and puts forward a practical model to assess the performance evaluation of knowledge team.
