The aim of this study and farm trial was conducted to analyze the effects of Aquavac Garvetil an inactivated antibacterial vaccine and Ergosan an algal product containing 1% alginic acid and polysaccharides in relation to immunization against streptococcus disease also performance of survival rate and growth factors.The tests were performed in 12 round pools, 3m, diameter and 80 cm. depths. The 1200 finger size of rainbow trou weighing 3-5 g. through 90 days was used as a control group "C" and 3 experimental treatments with 3 replications: "V"-primary vaccinated with immersion and boosted with oral at an interval of 2 months, "V+E" - primary and booster vaccine together with Ergosan, "E" - only Ergosan used.
