Prediction of Protein Expression and Protein purification for its appropriate translation into its rightful application plays a very important role in modern biology. Devising the most optimum set of conditions and the most appropriate expression platform for "difficult to express proteins" by biological experiments is very time-consuming; and equally challenging is the ability to narrow down the best conditions to purify a "difficult to purify" protein in its most pure form, without compromising its structural-functional dynamics and conformation.
