The activity of teaching in space shows the strong confidence of our government in forwarding the education innovation and development, and demonstrate the fact that the information technology is ready to be integrated with education deeply and thoroughly. The best case to show this integration is the emergence of the teaching mode MOOCs (massive open online courses) in America in the past two years. This paper analyzes the problems of talent nurturing in higher education in China, and approaches the possibility of MOOCs-based talent nurturing mode with the support of information technology.
