摘要

The main types of oscillations are the forced oscillation and the weak damping oscillation. The forced oscillation and the weak damping oscillation have different mechanisms and need to adopt different means to control them. Thus, when low-frequency oscillation occurs, the system should quickly and accurately distinguish the type of oscillator. In this paper, starting from the mechanism of forced oscillation and weak damping oscillation, make a comprehensive comparative analysis of these two mechanisms, revealing the nature of the low-frequency oscillations and the root causes of induced' oscillations, I do a detailed comparison and distinction in the aspects of waveform, communication, energy and other aspects. And there has a more intuitive verification though the waveform of the Southern network. The results of the study have definite instructive meaning for analysis, monitor and control of low frequency oscillation.
