摘要

With the continuous development of China's logistics industry, green supply chain management is becoming a hot issue for the current research. Enterprises can't succeed in the fierce market competition to occupy a favorable position to achieve long-term survival and development of the traditional management model for innovation and development, more good to adapt to changes in the market development demand. This paper first described the basic characteristics of the green supply chain management, and then analyze the current state of green supply chain management in China's enterprises, the final focus of the green supply chain management strategies and implementing measures were discussed.
