摘要

With the rapid development and widespread application of China's high-tech areas such as computers, digital communications, mobile payments and the Internet, online trade with the background of “Internet +” has greatly promoted the development of China's economy. The United States has suppressed China in various aspects such as 5G communication technology, which has triggered a trade war. Both sides are looking for alternative suppliers of imported goods. The trade war has accelerated the outflow of China's export manufacturing industry. Southeast Asia, such as Vietnam, is facing challenges and opportunities. These countries use modern information technology to analyze macroeconomic development trends and formulate corresponding economic development strategies. The article uses Vietnam's industrial transfer as a typical case to analyze the macroeconomic policies adopted by Southeast Asian countries. In the context of “Internet +”, the Vietnamese government uses big data and artificial intelligence technology to study macroeconomic issues and initiate reforms in two areas to promote industrial transfer. In addition, the article provides an in-depth analysis of Vietnam's economic strategies in the two industries and how they affect the industrial transfer chain.
