摘要

As the highest level of academic education, the quality of postgraduate education is related to the cultivation of high-quality talents. As an important part of higher education, scientific research institutes play an indispensable role in cultivating professional talents in specific industries. However, compared with universities, there is still a certain gap. Aimed at student training in research institutes, questionnaire investigation and structural equation modeling are used to analyze key factors affecting the quality of education and measure the influence degree. In conclusion, measures and suggestions are put forward such as strengthening tutor selection and assessment, improving efficiency and effectiveness of management and building perfect curriculum system, which is combined with the application of informatization technology, so as to promote scientific research investment and essay writing quality, thus enhancing theoretical knowledge ability and the improvement of scientific literacy.
