The development prospect of the fishery resources was studied in the waters of Dongshan Island, based on the investigating results of the necton in 1990. The annual production of the necton and the benthos were calcuated, by the estimated method of ecosystem energy current in the coast seas. The optimum fishing of fort of the fixed net was estimated by Schaefer model. The developing channels and managing ideas of the fishing resources were also proposed.
