This article obtains three influential factors in new product development of enterprises by using the Factor Analysis Method (FAM),and correspondingly concludes three kinds of enterprise independent innovation management patterns:focusing strategic platform management,emphasizing organizational capital management,stressing technical capability management.The article attempts to study on the relationship between the three independent innovation management patterns and the new product development,seeks the most suitable management pattern for the enterprises in Zhejiang to enhance the new product development,and provides a reference for enterprise independent innovation management.
