摘要

Abstract: A fiber based multiphoton microscopy (MPM) system is designed and demonstrated. An all normal dispersion fiber laser with central wavelength around lum was used as laser source. A double clad photonic crystal fiber (DCPCF), and galvanometer mirror scanner based handheld probe is designed. Second harmonic generation (SHG) images and two photon excited fluorescence (TPEF) images of biological tissue were demonstrated by the system.
