The paper presents the analysis of virtuality of organisational structure of company on the basis of ALPHA (watermeter company). It includes also application of virtual structural form like virtual teams and aspects of virtuality like outsourcing and dimensions of virtuality. Virtual teams appeared in ALPHA when there was problem to solve which offends beyond competencies of individual organisational unit. Outsourcing in ALPHA is presented in a section on the basic functions realised by company like: production engineering, basic production, sale and service, tools maintenance, repair and energetic maintenance, transportation and administrative service.
