Abstract: In the present paper the method and apparatus forpercutaneous laser irradiation of blood (PLIB) invessels (veins) and for irradiation of not large skintumors are described. The problems of laser lightdosimetry by irradiation of tissues are discussed.Results of clinical investigations of biostimulatingeffects under PLIB by red laser light (633 nm) inCubiti and Saphena Magna veins are presented.!17
