摘要

The competitive force of circulation enterprise is influenced by internal and external factors.The study on enterprise development should pay the first attention to internal factors.The thesis tries to find out the internal factors which can improve the competitive force of circulation enterprise started with employee investigating using a provincial authorized dealer of certain brand as a case study.Some suggestions concerning personnel,logistics and corporate culture are involved in the paper.Nowadays,the influence of American financial crisis is permeating our country progressively and the currency industry faces a hard test.However,accompanied with the promulgation of series of policies about encouraging consumption and falls in prices of farm and sideline products,fuel oil,raw materials and labor force,all of them also provide the circulation industry a development opportunity.How to grasp this opportunity and face challenges to strive to promote the stable and fast development of commodities trading and circulating economy is an urgent question for every circulation enterprise.Instancing a provincial-level agency of a certain brand and beginning with employee investigation this thesis tries to find out the internal factors of competitive force in circulating enterprise.
