摘要

The assumption is that tissue tolerable plasma works as promoter for wound healing and can be beneficially combined with the antiseptic polihexanide to avoid bacterial recolonization. The effects of a combined plasma - polihexanide (PHMB) application on cell integrity, cytotoxicity and its irritative and inflamma-tive potential were tested in vitro and in two dogs in vivo.
