摘要

China is the largest coal producer in the world and play an important role in the field of international coal production. But the frequent occurrence of coal mining accidents have caused an enormous damage to the state's manpower and material resources. Thus the article is to study the causes for coal mining accident, It points out that the fatigue of coalmine workers is the main cause of accidents and the threat to the workers' safety. It also points out some important factors as to the ergonomics. In this paper, MMEC theory will be introduced, by using which, we are trying to found out the factors causing the fatigue of coalmine workers, And combining with relevant laws and regulations, the paper suggest some measures for controlling and reducing the fatigue of coalmine workers, which will help to reduce and prevent the occurrence of coalmine accidents.
