摘要

Expatriates career management is directly related to whether the repatriates can be competent at their jobs or not. How to strengthen the team's career management has become an urgent task for the multinational corporations. Based on the analysis of foreign nationals' influence on the expatriates' career development, this thesis will mainly discuss how to construct the back management system for the repatriates which takes career management as the core.
