摘要

The prevention and control of bullwhip effect is a theory of great significance for solving practical problemsand batch-size transportation is one of the major reasons for it. This paper clarifies the connection between theprevention of bullwhip and batch-size transportation. We aim to integrate and harmonize the above two part inorder to find out a method that can not only prevent the bullwhip by controlling the storing and manufacturingprocess but also reduce transport cost. Since an all-round strategic decision must comprise all taches ofproduction,stocking and transportation,we extend the APIOBPCS model by linking it up to the stochasticmodel in batch-size policy. In this paper,we name this extensive principle as “A-TBSBM” policy (APIOBPCSand Time Based Stochastic batch modal) and give the simulation process by the slopwork illustration.
