@@ 1,2,4-Triazolinone derivatives with particular biological activities are applied widely in the fields of agrochemicals and pharmaceuticals, such as herbicides amicarbazone, propoxycarbazone, sulfentrazone, azafenidi, carfentrazone-ethyl and fungicide KZ-165. Pyrazole derivatives also exhibited a broad spectrum of biological activities, including fungicidal, insecticidal, herbicidal, antitumor, and antiinflammatory activities, for example, fungicides pyraoxystrobin (SYP-3343) and pyraclostrobin. To further discover novel biological activity compounds, a series of new 1,2, 4-triazolinone derivatives containing substituted pyrazol-3-ol and pyrazol-5-ol moieties were designed and synthesized via the intermediate derivatization method.
