By analyzing the deficiencies of the current library bibliographic retrieval system in providing knowledge services, this paper presented a new thought to establish book "answering" system based on working principle of baidu "answering". And then the authors elaborated the system from askinganswering, mechanism of offering a reward, mechanism of using people, and service pattern.
