Precision centrifuge is used for calibrating the static performance parameters of inertial accelerometer or other inertial instruments.For high precision calibration test,the measurement of arm stretch of precision centrifuge is of great importance,whose measurement uncertainty is a main contributor to calibration precision of inertial accelerometer.In this paper,measurement of the arm stretch of a 10-5 precision centrifuge is implemented by a high precision approach and associated uncertainty evaluation is carried out by using Monte Carlo method and the method proposed in the Guide to the Expression of Uncertainty in Measurement(GUM),the results showed that the measurement uncertainty evaluation results by the two methods are consistent,and the obtained results are compared and discussed at last.
