New type of precision the angle transmitter and angular acceleration on basis of ferromagnetic resonance (FMR) phenomena is presented. Ferromagnetic resonance phenomena widely is used at a construction of microwave generators and filters [1,2]. Till now the most precise angle transmitters are inductosyns, which capability resolution is split of angular seconds, but they have very large mass-overall dimensions. This circumstance makes difficulties in use inductosyns on systems of adaptive control of orientation of a space vehicle.
