摘要

The new type of pressure sensing element - the resonator on surface acoustic waves (SA W) with the increased period of reflecting structures is considered. The capability more than in 5 times to increase accuracy of resonator sensors on SA W is shown. New methods of interdigital transducer characteristics calculation are offered.
