摘要

Supply chains try to get success over competitors by being competitive in many aspects such as cost reduction, efficiency in customer attendance, quality and innovation. A way to reach this objective is by an adequate management of the supply chain and by analyzing the supply chain dynamic and performance. Following the System Dynamics methodology, it is possible to analyze the supply chain dynamic behavior to support decision making. In this work, the objective is to analyze supply chain dynamic behavior defined by the structure known as IOBPCS, and then to support decision for system parameters and to define performance indices capable of being measured in such environment.
