Over the period of the last 15 years saturated market anomalies and consequent competitiveness pathology have led to the 'ergonomisation' of the enterprise managing systems. New forms of company organisation culture have appeared (e.g. Total Quality Management) aiming at subjecting employees and bringing to the fore an integrative canon of an effective cooperation in favour of company survival and development. - TQM is, in a substantial part, an ergonomic issue that arouses a particular interest on the part of a sub-discipline -macroergonomics. - The Polish economic transformation is characterised by a 'friendly' financing restructurisation and modernisation of enterprises by banking institutions and 'internal' investors. As a result Polish enterprises are interested in being awarded Quality Management certificates and implementing of Total Quality Management systems.
