The present invention relates to a total process management system capable of satisfying the quality of a product and service requested by various customers. According to the present invention, the total process management system comprises: a process integration solution connecting a consulted company employee terminal and a consulting company employee terminal online in a wired/wireless manner; a strategy module establishing risk analysis management and strategy for attaining a project to form a basis for advancing a process; a process design module using a web editor to make a flowchart for advancing the process in accordance with a goal of the project and storing data, such as regulation, in-house specification, and the like required in accordance with a process procedure or making the data to be linked to display the data; a key performance index (KPI) module linked with a calculation formula capable of defining and calculating a KPI of the project to monitor and evaluate an advancing process to visually display an advancing state; a project management system (PMS) module establishing an advancing schedule in accordance with the project to display an attainment state by step and visually displaying a situation that a management department manages the project; an operation module storing a business standard to enable a department actually advancing the project to advance business based on a related standard in accordance with the project, advancing the project in accordance with a manual, and statistically displaying a business status of the department advancing the project; and an improvement module examining, investigating, and evaluating the advanced project to check and post the state of project progress, and making a corrective action to be improved to improve the process of the project.
