摘要

A knowledge based company is the microcosmic foundation of the knowledge economy, the design of its organization structure should amplify the company competence to be agile to the knowledge elements, the intellectual capital of a knowledge based company is composed of three parts, human capital, structurai capital and market capital. All a corporation can make itself to achieve its sustainable core-competitiveness is to rely on the operation of the intellectual capital, a wholly-new mode of management, in addition to using and restructuring its present human, structural and market capitals available. Knowledge distribution-based organizational innovations in a corporation Will result in the overall improvement of the corporation’s organizational functions and the sharpening of its sensitivity about knowledge, which in turn, will guarantee the sound performance of the intellectual capital operation. In this article, the author expounds a interior market network structure which is fit for the company intellectual capital operation, and it will provide some beneficial theoretical guidance about how can a company improve its competition competence in the knowledge environment through organization innovation.
