摘要

As a preliminary study on the correlation between short range order and macroscopic relaxation of supercooled liquids, we have measured dynamic heat capacity of a binary mixture, (glycerol)_(1-x) (1,3-propanediol)_x. The glass transition temperature variation as a function of x is well accounted for in terms of the regular solution model, indicating that no short range structure is enhanced by mixing. The characteristics of enthalpy relaxation as a function of x is also in accordance with the regular solution model.
