摘要

性别歧视就像种族歧视和残疾人歧视一样不容忽视.性别歧视和性别歧视语言阻碍英语学习者成功地交流.语言和思维的内在联系决定了性别歧视语言反映并强化性别歧视.因此,英语课堂设置方面的语言研究将帮助英语学习者消除性别歧视及性别歧视语言本身.该论文从两个角度探讨这一问题:教什么和如何教.教什么探讨了教材选择的问题;如何教探讨了教法以及根据学生及其与教师之间的交流而采取的相应调节措施.
