UPLC-MS/MS法测定电子烟烟油中TSNAs的含量

         

摘要

An improved method was developed to rapidly and accurately determine four kinds of tobacco-specific N-nitrosamines (TSNAs) in electronic cigarette liquid by using ultra-performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry (UPLC-MS/MS) method.The results showed that using HLB solid-phase extraction column could well purify the TSNAs in electronic cigarette liquid.The limit of detection for NNK, NNN, NAT and NAB in samples was 0.005~0.020 ng/g, and the limit of their quantification ranged from 0.015 ng/g to 0.067 ng/g.The recovery of 3 analytes varied from 85.16% to 105.79%.This method was used for the determination of TSNAs content in the liquid of 6 brands of electronic cigarette, and it was found that both the detection rate and the content of NNN were the lowest.Therefore, this method is stable and accurate, and it is suitable for the determination of TSNAs content in liquid of electronic cigarette.%为快速准确测定电子烟烟油中的烟草特有亚硝胺(TSNAs),对前处理条件进行优化,建立了烟油中TSNAs的超高效液相色谱-串联质谱(UPLC-MS/MS)方法,结果表明:使用HLB固相萃取小柱进行净化,可以很好地去除杂质干扰;NNK、NNN、NAT、NAB的检出限为0.005~0.020 ng/g,定量限为0.015~0.067 ng/g,3个加标水平的回收率为85.16%~105.79%;通过对6个不同品牌电子烟烟油中TSNAs的测定,NNN的检出率和含量是最低的,因此,该方法稳定、准确,适用于测定电子烟烟油中TSNAs的含量.
