以20℃、恒定湿度(80%)贮藏的草鱼鱼鳃为研究对象,通过CCD相机获取在两级不同LED光照强度下的贮藏期间图像信息,并将草鱼鱼鳃颜色数据与贮藏时间以及草鱼肉总挥发性盐基氮(TVBN)进行线性拟合.结果表明:将草鱼鱼鳃RGB值、L*a*b*值和CMYK值与贮藏时间以及TVBN进行线性拟合,其中线性拟合度最高的是L*a*b*值中的a *值,可将a*值作为特征采用机器视觉快速检测草鱼新鲜度.在2W光源下其与TVBN线性拟合方程为:Y=-2.2228X+ 179.190,R2 =0.9632;在1.8W光源下,其与TVBN线性拟合方程为:y=-2.3111X+ 180.520,R2 =0.9517.%Taking the grass carp gills stored at 20 ℃ with constant humidity(80%)as the research objects,the image information stored in two different LED light intensity was obtained by CCD camera,and the color data of grass carp gill and storage time and total volatile basic nitrogen (TVBN) of grass carp meat were linearly fitted.The results showed that the linear degree of a * value is the highest among RGB value,L * a * b * value and CMYK value of grass carp gill linear fitting with storage time and TVBN,and a* value could be used as a feature of machine vision to quickly detect the freshness of grass carp.Under 2 W light source,the linear fitting equation between a* value and TVBN was Y =-2.2228X + 179.190,R2 =0.9632;Under 1.8 W light source,the linear fitting equation was Y =-2.3111X + 180.520,R2 =0.9517.
