基于农田整理工程的碳减排估算与分析

         

摘要

实施土地整理工程,不仅能够提供产能,而且能够减少农田碳排放.以河北省巨鹿县王虎寨镇土地整理项目为例,通过GIS空间分析方法,最优可达性分析等研究方法,研究了土地整理项目前后廊道结构变化及生产方式的改变导致的碳源碳汇、碳排放特征及其规律的相对差异,并对农田防护林固碳量和田间运输的缩减碳排放量进行了计算.结果表明:农田防护林10 a累计固碳量可达2.63×106 kg,年固碳量在9×104~4.5×105kg/a之间,固碳高峰期在防护林种植后3~6 a,而后逐渐降低趋于稳定;田间道路的新建与整修后,在单田块机械作业方式下,田间运输年节约柴油2.16×104 kg/a,碳减排量达1.28×104 kg/a;规模化作业方式比单户自营最大可减少86.7%碳排放量.总体来看,巨鹿县土地整理工程在农田防护林及田间运输角度对农田碳排放降低有一定效果.%Implementing the land consolidation project can not only yield industrial capacity,but also de-crease the carbon emission of farmlands. This paper takes the land of Wang-Huzhai town,which is located in Julu City, Hebei Province, as an example, via GIS-spatial-analysis method, optimal-accessibility method and other methods,investigates the corridor structural variation before and after implementing the land consolidation project and the relative differences in carbon source,carbon sequestration,the characteristics and discipline of carbon emission which result from changing the production ways.In this paper,the amount of carbon sequestra-tion of farmland shelterbelts and the decreased carbon emission of field transportation are calculated.The results show that:the farmland shelterbelts in the project accumulate solid carbon content up to 263 million kg in 10 years,the annually solid carbon content is between 9 to 45 million kg,the peak period of carbon sequestrationis 3-6 years after the planting of the shelter forest,then gradually decreases and tends to a stable status.Becauseof the construction and replacement of field roads,2.16×104 kg/a is saved from the amount of annually diesel oil consumed by field transportation, the reduction of carbon emission is 1.28×104 kg/a.Scale mode of opera-tion can make more reduction by about 86.7% at the maximum in carbon emission than the single-family self-operation.After land consolidation,there is a significant reduction of carbon emission in the project area,which indicates that the carbon emission reduction potential is enormous.Overall,land consolidation implemented in Julu City has a certain effect on the reduction of farmland carbon emission in farmland shelterbelts and field transportation.
